Stockholders Meeting

Please join the Commodore, Treasurer, and the Board as the present the State of the Club Address.  There will be discussion and potential motions made to be voted on that will shape the direction of our club for years to come. The financial health of our club is stabilizing but we are not out of the woods yet.   Everyone is encouraged to become stockholders and have voting privileges so that your voices are heard.  The cost to be a Stockholder is only $100.   If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like a proxy vote, be on the lookout for a mailing within the week.  The club is mailing out proxy forms to all stockholders to the address on file, this is only an avenue for your convenience.  You are responsible for your proxy so utilize your resources like a phone and email if you do not get…
